I usually be awake continuously 3-4 days the whole night

I have the same symptom as u , I usually be awake continuously 3-4 days the whole night  ,even continue  to a week time , I feel much depressive now .Any helpful advice for me ? Thanks much !

Each working day (Monday to Friday) I leave bed at n7:30 around ,even i still  feel much sleepy , then I enter the office and start work at about 8:30, I am a manufacturing engineer , then the manufacture shop, the office are the both working place , there is a hour work interval from 12:00 to 13:00 for us tohave the mid dinner and there is  usually 40 minutes  left for us to take a nap in the office ,but  i can not fall asleep each day.Then when it reach es 13:00 , I should  start the afternoong work untill 5:30pm.Then i back home and take a short rest .Almost enjoy some music . The working tasks are simple  for dispose .Hereby,it causes me no much pressure . But each day typically when leave the work abd retire to the house , I feel exhausted much .I will have supper at abouyu 6:30 each day, and wander for about 30 minutes later , then i will have a round run about 6 kilometer , then i back to he house and do some do some stretch and massage motions ,It  should be ended at about 8:00, then I take a bath and chat  with the friends through net  or  telephone .When it is about 10:30 the timeI intend to sleep,I usually resort to some music at low volume .

Above is the main rhythm of my each working day , There is  no much variation in the weekend (Saturday to Sunday), It is just staying  at home ,doing some motions  or have a wander outside from 8:00am-6:00pm, then i have supper , wander ,run like other days.

I have kept running about 2 month each evening at about 7:00, but  it seem it does no effect to me,also, I have take medical remedy both from Western and Traditional medicine , But it should be summarized that it profit me none or little .

The insomnia has sustained about half year ,in the  sympotom of  can not fall asleep and sensitively and easily be waken in the  mid night about 02:00-03:00, then there is no method to sleep again ,The  only thing i can do is close the eyes staying in the bed to await the arrival of the day time.

Also i have the concept that  the insomnia should be caused by the medicine which is taken for my anxiety disease started from the senior high school education .Now I feel much regretful the medicine makes no effect to me but incur the insomnia worsely,The anxiety emotion declines recently , which should be benefited  from the daily practice and self mental adjustment.But the insomnia is ordeal now I should undergo almost each night, can any one  help me ,the virtuous friends ? And manager? You should be an expert with huge experience at this disease, what can I do please ?

每天晚上应该在10:00~11:00之间睡觉,早晨应该在6:00~7:00之间起床。一旦确定就不要改变,比如:每天晚上10:30睡觉,早晨就可以在6:30起床,从工作日到周日,天天如此,包括节假日。起床之后要适当活动,比如快步走。如果离公司不远的话,可以步行去上班,记住:要快步走。午饭后,要离开办公室,到室外活动,比如做做体操,伸展一下身体,如果是下雨天,可以步行上下楼梯来活动。中午禁止午睡,坐在办公室里等,整个白天都不要打盹,一旦觉得困了就要起身走走,活动活动就不困了。

上午和下午的工作中,如果条件允许,每工作一到两个小时要起来走动走动,伸展伸展身体。下午下班之后是运动的最佳时间,建议下班之后直接去运动,可以在露天的运动场跑步,或者去健身房,最佳运动是跑步、单车、游泳等。运动强度中等偏大,持续一个小时以上,达到全身出汗,心率加快,略感疲劳为止。运动之后稍休息,然后洗澡,接着回家吃饭。吃完饭后时间大约到了8:00~8:30之间,这个时候可以到小区里散散不,大约半个小时,注意不要坐着,要走动,漫步即可。如果同时想听音乐或收音机之类的,最好不要使用耳塞,而要使用外放式扬声器。

之后就回家,在客厅静静的坐着,或站着,或走动。禁止使用电脑,避免与人交谈,但可以练习催眠的瑜伽,或者打坐。睡前一到两个小时要禁止使用用脑,比如学习、工作、上网、玩游戏、看激烈的电影电视等。睡前禁止与人热烈交谈,同时要把体温和室内温度降下来,较低的体温和凉爽的室内温度更有利于睡眠。

卧室要宽敞,避免放置杂物,睡觉时光线要暗,要安静。同时要注意,卧室只是用来睡觉的,不睡觉的时候就不要进入卧室,其他所有活动,如娱乐、看电视、学习、工作等,都应该在客厅里进行。睡眠的一个根本原则是:不困就不要上床睡,比如:虽然我们提倡晚上10:30睡觉,但如果这个时候你不觉得困,就不应该上床去睡觉,而是应该静静的坐着,心平气和的,一直等你觉得困了再去睡觉。只要睡眠质量高,哪怕一天只睡四到五个小时也是足够的,更有些人每天只睡一到两个小时。

另外,临晨2:00~3:00醒来的时候,如果长时间不能再入睡就应该起床,静静的坐着,这样很快就会产生睡意,然后再上床去睡觉。如果夜间多次醒来并无法再次入睡,可以反复采用这个方法。同时要注意,夜间醒来的时候不要看时间,睡前应该把所有显示时间的设备都关掉,把手表等无法关闭的东西藏起来,夜间看时间会直接导致再入睡困难。

The senior high school education should be 8 years ago. It was last year , i set for a famed hospital see the doctor , the main symptom is anxiety ,since then the insomnia generated , i can well rember there were just two kinds of medicine ,one named "赛乐特" another is a medicine effecting at the Schiz, which i can not recall the  name now . I have done  practice almost 3 months , but it seems  there is no effect.
Can you please do some analysis and offer me some advice , thanks and best regards!

【相互作用】
(1)本品与色氨酸合用,可造成高血清素综合征,表现为躁动、不安及胃肠道症状。重者可出现肌张力增高、高热或意识障碍。
(2)服用本品的患者应避免饮酒。
(3)服用本品前后2周内不能使用单胺氧化酶抑制剂,在停用单胺氧化酶抑制剂2周后,开始服用本药时应慎重,剂量应逐渐增加。
(4)本品和锂盐合用时应慎重。
(5)与苯妥英钠及其他抗惊厥药合用时,会降低本药的血浓度。
(6)本品与华法令合用,可导致出血增加。
(7)本品与三环类抗抑郁药阿米替林、丙咪嗪合用,可使后者的血浓度增高。
【孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药】慎用。
【儿童用药】慎用。
【老人用药】酌情减少用量,日剂量不要超过40mg。
【药物过量】药物过量时可引起P-Q间期延长,恶心、呕吐、瞳孔散大、口干、烦躁、头痛、眩晕、肌震颤或抽搐。应对症治疗及支持疗法。

There  should be 2-3 hour interval aid the run and sleep, yes ,i sweat and relax much when in and after the run process ,but there is  no  tiredness occurrence ,I can not describe the feeling exactly , in fact , i feel much tired the whole day , but i can not fall asleep even each night ,Prior to taking  that medicine i can almost sleep well each day.

But there is the anxiety sentiment each daytime , But  this medicine make no effect to my health condition ,gradually in the process of  taking this medicine , sleep became a luxury to me , By far , the insomnia still remains and aggravates,  now i feel  much disappointed  and miserable .I am about to lose the cofidence ,What is worse ,I feel a neck ache and a pain on the back ,what is the origin,is it caused by the poor sleep day by day , Need I go to the hospital to have a inspection?  Cordial thanks for above two replies. 请参照以下方法做,同时看睡眠专科医生和心理医生

1、晚上 10:00 -- 11:00 睡觉,早晨 6:00 --7:00 起床,或睡到自然醒。
2、白天不睡午睡。
3、多活动,能步行就不坐车,不座电梯。
4、下午 5:00 -- 7:00 运动 45 分钟左右,运动要出汗、心跳加快才有效。
5、中午也可以适量运动,其他时间多活动。
6、晚饭不吃辛辣刺激的事物,在下午 5:00 -- 7:30 吃饭。
7、晚饭后尽量不喝水,睡前上个厕所。
8、睡前两小时内不学习,不上网,不工作,让大脑放松。
9、睡觉时,卧室光线要尽可能暗。
10、睡觉时别盖太多了,凉快比闷热更容易睡觉。
11、睡觉的环境要安静。
12、睡觉时不要思考问题,可以想想一副美丽的风景,或者平静的大海等。

What is worse ,I feel a neck ache and a pain on the back ,what is the origin?is it caused by the poor sleep day by day , Need I go to the hospital to have a inspection?  But  oppositely , there is much noise even when it is the time to sleep,since the windows are towards the bustling street ,but  my friend can endure and sleep well. Need i change to another place to have improve?
