Each working day (Monday to Friday) I leave bed at n7:30 around ,even i still feel much sleepy , then I enter the office and start work at about 8:30, I am a manufacturing engineer , then the manufacture shop, the office are the both working place , there is a hour work interval from 12:00 to 13:00 for us tohave the mid dinner and there is usually 40 minutes left for us to take a nap in the office ,but i can not fall asleep each day.Then when it reach es 13:00 , I should start the afternoong work untill 5:30pm.Then i back home and take a short rest .Almost enjoy some music . The working tasks are simple for dispose .Hereby,it causes me no much pressure . But each day typically when leave the work abd retire to the house , I feel exhausted much .I will have supper at abouyu 6:30 each day, and wander for about 30 minutes later , then i will have a round run about 6 kilometer , then i back to he house and do some do some stretch and massage motions ,It should be ended at about 8:00, then I take a bath and chat with the friends through net or telephone .When it is about 10:30 the timeI intend to sleep,I usually resort to some music at low volume .
Above is the main rhythm of my each working day , There is no much variation in the weekend (Saturday to Sunday), It is just staying at home ,doing some motions or have a wander outside from 8:00am-6:00pm, then i have supper , wander ,run like other days.
I have kept running about 2 month each evening at about 7:00, but it seem it does no effect to me,also, I have take medical remedy both from Western and Traditional medicine , But it should be summarized that it profit me none or little .
The insomnia has sustained about half year ,in the sympotom of can not fall asleep and sensitively and easily be waken in the mid night about 02:00-03:00, then there is no method to sleep again ,The only thing i can do is close the eyes staying in the bed to await the arrival of the day time.
Also i have the concept that the insomnia should be caused by the medicine which is taken for my anxiety disease started from the senior high school education .Now I feel much regretful the medicine makes no effect to me but incur the insomnia worsely,The anxiety emotion declines recently , which should be benefited from the daily practice and self mental adjustment.But the insomnia is ordeal now I should undergo almost each night, can any one help me ,the virtuous friends ? And manager? You should be an expert with huge experience at this disease, what can I do please ?
